Start with the purpose of the part and the dimensions that matter. Include the mating geometry for an enclosure, mount or adapter. A picture is useful context, but dimensions and the intended function are essential.
Prefer straightforward geometry and accessible features. Thin projections, intricate sculpture and assemblies requiring extensive manual finishing are outside the standard production offer. The workshop reviews wall thickness, supports, fit and print orientation for each file.
Approve the agreed model before manufacture. The starting prototype package covers one simple part, one pre-production model correction and one physical sample; redesigns and further samples are separate work.
