Can I start with a sketch or a picture?
Yes, send it on WhatsApp to discuss the idea. A simple prototype needs dimensions and an intended use. CAD for one part, one revision before production and one sample start at AED 800; an image alone does not define a manufacturable design.
What materials and finish do you offer?
PLA/PETG parts, acrylic and tested plywood cutting, and engraving on standard blanks. Pieces retain their natural material or printed surface with basic cleanup. Painting, polishing, resin printing, complex assemblies and bespoke gift sets are outside this offer.
How are price, timing and delivery confirmed?
Printing, cutting and engraving start at AED 500 per order or batch. We confirm the final price and date after reviewing your files, stock and production schedule. Payment is before work; product delivery is quoted separately.
What is included in event engraving?
One laser station and one operator, with standard Dubai equipment transport, setup and teardown. From AED 2,000 per operating hour, minimum two hours / AED 4,000. Blanks and unusual logistics are separate; output is agreed after checking the blank and design.
