No file? No problem. We design functional 3D models from your ideas, sketches, or measurements.
Not everyone has a 3D file ready to print. Maybe you have a sketch on paper, a broken part that needs recreation, or just an idea in your head. That's where our 3D modeling services come in.
We design functional 3D models optimized for FDM 3D printing -- not just pretty renders, but files that actually print well and work in the real world. Our designs follow design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles from the start.
Mechanical components, mounting brackets, cable management, replacement parts. Designed for printability and real-world use.
Custom boxes, cases, and housings for electronics, prototypes, or finished products. Designed for assembly and aesthetics.
Have a broken part? Send photos and measurements and we'll recreate it as a 3D model ready for printing.
Turn your concept into a testable prototype. We iterate with you until the design is right.
Unique items, gifts, display pieces, or functional objects designed to your specifications.
Production fixtures, alignment jigs, assembly aids. Custom-fit to your equipment and processes.
Tell us what you need: send sketches, photos, measurements, or just describe it. Whatever you have works.
We estimate design time and cost based on complexity. No surprises -- you approve before we start.
We create an initial 3D model and share renders for your review. See it before it's printed.
You provide feedback; we refine the design. Two revision rounds are included in standard quotes.
You receive the final STL/STEP file, ready for printing. The file is yours to use freely.
Our models aren't just pretty -- they're printable. We apply design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles:
Minimum walls calculated for structural integrity based on material and use case.
Angles designed to minimize supports, reducing print time and post-processing.
Proper clearances for moving parts, assemblies, and mating components.
Models designed for optimal layer orientation and strength direction.
Design fees depend on complexity. Most projects fall into these ranges:
AED 150-300
Brackets, basic shapes, simple modifications
AED 300-600
Enclosures, multi-part designs, moderate complexity
AED 600+
Full products, mechanisms, engineering projects
Exact pricing provided after reviewing your requirements. No obligation.
Simple parts: 1-2 days. Complex assemblies: 3-5 days. We'll give you a timeline with the quote.
Whatever you have: hand sketches, photos, rough measurements, reference images, or a written description. We work with what you can provide.
Yes. Once paid, you own the 3D model and can use it freely for printing, manufacturing, or further development.
Sometimes. STL files are mesh-based and can be difficult to edit. It's often faster to recreate in CAD. We'll advise on the best approach.
We optimize for FDM 3D printing by default. If you need files for CNC or injection molding, let us know -- we can adjust the design approach.
STL for printing, STEP for further editing. Other formats available on request.
Send us your sketch, photo, or description. We'll get back to you with a quote.
